However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to monitor settings or the handmade nature of some products.

2.2 Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Essential oil diffusers
• Candles
• Any aromatherapy products that have been opened or used

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service without notice.

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to love your bohemian finds. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags attached)
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required

5.2 Return Process

To return an item:

3. Pack the item securely with all original packaging and tags

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Shine Nook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
