We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to bring our bohemian treasures to your doorstep:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your bohemian finds as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags attached)
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Essential oil diffusers
  • Candles
  • Any aromatherapy products that have been opened or used

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your bohemian treasures:

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Pack Securely: Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different size, color, or item? Follow the same steps as above, but indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify your new item preference. We’ll guide you through the process once we receive your return.

Refund Timeline & Methods

After we receive your return:

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: Refunds process within 5 business days and typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • Original shipping costs: These are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
  • Sale items: Eligible for refund at the purchase price.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your bohemian rug, chandelier, or other decor item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
